Our Team

John has been in the air conditioning industry for over 29 years. From completing his apprenticeship to starting his own company from scratch, Airforce Airconditioning. John established Airforce in 1997, which now has branches in Perth and Bunbury and has since expanded into solar panel installation as well. Many awards later, John still lives for air conditioning and loves that his staff have the same passion as him, there isn’t much they don’t know when it comes to the air conditioning industry. John always says he has one of the best jobs in the world.

With her background in accounting and economics Sylvia has been part of the Airforce team for over 11 years. She goes above and beyond in her role – researching, managing and assisting to ensure Airforce is forever moving forward whilst continuing to run smoothly. Sylvia has been part of the process that has made Airforce the successful company it is today. In her down time Sylvia loves to get out in her kayak.

Dave is our Production Supervisor. Dave is a qualified refrigeration mechanic and has over 15 years experience in the air conditioning industry. Dave’s impressive air conditioning knowledge helps us to deliver solutions to our servicing and construction departments.

Meet Caylah in our design and quoting department. Caylah has been part of the Airforce team for over 6 years. Caylah’s emphasis on exceptional customer service teamed with her airconditioning knowledge means that our clients are in safe hands. It’s a bonus for us in the office that she is an awesome baker as well.

Meet Grace our Accounts Clerk. Grace is kept busy with various tasks including our client & supplier queries regarding payments and invoices.

We love having Viv on our Airforce Team and the feeling must be mutual as she has been with us for 6 years. At work Viv is extremely busy running our scheduling department. At home Viv is super busy chasing after her two gorgeous kids.

Heidi has been working in the building industry for over 15 years. There is huge variety in her position, no two days are ever the same. This is why she loves her role here at Airforce.

Damien has become an important member of our service department since joining our team. We are constantly receiving positive feedback from our clients regarding Damien’s high work standards and his impeccable customer service as our service technician. Our clients love him as much as we do.
